Hi, I am Klaartje,

I am originally from the Netherlands. I came over to the UK in 2003 and have called Stroud my home ever since.

I am a mother to 2 girls a wife and a dog mum. This is also my second, maybe 3rd career. I was working in the corporate world, had enough of the 9-5 life, and decided to retrain as a personal trainer and fitness instructor.

I love helping people get stronger, fitter, and healthier. I think fitness should be fun and enjoyable.

I am a qualified ZUU instructor, this is a fitness modality that focuses on bodyweight movement and mobility. I think fitness is for everyone, whatever size, age, and fitness level, we all start somewhere, and to see anyone training gives me lots of joy.

My classes are: Kettlebell strength and conditioning; this class is more like a traditional weights class, slow and steady, focusing on getting people strong.

Boxfit; This is a boxing pad-based class, where we do all sorts of different partner-based drills to get a brilliant cardio workout and some technique thrown in as well.

Kettlebell Bootcamp at Stroud Rugby; This class is a cardio/ HIIT style class, so lots of kettlebell swing varieties and fun drills, think EMOM, AMRAPs, and pyramids

Hi, my name is Gina. I live in Bisley with my 2 almost teenage boys, my husband, and 2 dogs. I own Love Life Fitness, I teach classes, run online courses and offer personal training sessions.

I strongly believe that everyone can feel the benefits of exercise and find an exercise/ movement that they enjoy doing. Consistency is key and once you find what you love you will be more inclined to stick with it and feel and see the benefits both mentally and physically.

Wellness is not a luxury nor an expense it’s an investment.

I am a fully qualified Personal trainer with further qualifications in Nutrition, Strength and Conditioning, Behaviour Change, Circuit Training, and Core. Online I teach Hiit, Lower body, and Upper body Strength sessions and Core Blast. In-person I teach Circuits and a Saturday morning Bootcamp. I love the variety of these classes. They are full body and cardio sessions that will leave you feeling energised and motivated to coming back week after week!
