    I have successfully trained ladies at the very start of their fitness journey who have never exercised before.

    I have worked with brides to be, I have focused on key areas to help prevent injury and fatigue prior to Ski holidays and of course, supported those with big milestone birthdays that make us sit up and realise we need to look after our bodies.

    I have worked with runners, cyclists, triathletes even water skiers. Working with a specific sport in mind I can help increase fitness levels and build strength which will not only improve results but reduce the risk of injury.
